We understand that sometimes purchasing a product even with good amount of diligence may not serve your purpose and in that case, refund of money may only be the best solution. For your convenience, better understanding and guiding you in the right selection of the product, we have two sections given against each lengthy product one known as Index and second one known as Purpose & Applicability. For example, almost every agreement (except very few small one), manuals, composite deals has both these sections. These two sections give you information about the product and will help you in purchasing the right document. For small products like Objects clause, resolutions which cannot have index due to their very nature, we have provided only one mandatory section i.e. Purpose & Applicability which will provide you necessary information about the product. You are also welcome to contact us in case the product you are searching does not have right information in the aforesaid sections.
However, in spite of best efforts, sometimes, refund may be best solution and such kind of scenarios may occur under the following circumstances:
Purchasing of Wrong Product: Despite the product information given above, it may be possible that you have chosen the wrong product. In that case, you please contact us within 2 days from the date of the purchase of the documents and we will guide you in selecting the right product for you without any additional cost subject to the necessary information and feedback about the product you are looking for. We will not refund any amount when we have given you such advice and provided you again the right product on your request subject to your necessary feedback.
Wrong Product from Our Side: Though best efforts have been made by you but in a case if the product does not match with the information given then we will refund your money or alternatively as per your choice, we will send you the right product you are looking for. In that case also, we request you to contact us within 2 days from the date of the purchase of the documents. We will not refund any amount when we have provided you the right product after your choice.
- You will request us to refund the amount by sending email to at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject as "Seeking Refund of Order Number ----". One of our personnel will get in touch with You to provide you the appropriate solution.
- You will also provide a written assurance that the document in question has been deleted by you and you will not use the document in question.
- The refund will be subject to applicable bank charges.
- The refund shall only be made to the bank account from which payment has been received by us.
- We will take our best efforts to refund you the amount, however please note that some extra processing time may be taken by the bank or the concerned payment gateway. Normally refund is processed within 10-15 days but in exceptional circumstances, this may take more depending upon bank processing the same. We will endeavour to provide you the estimated time when you will place the refund request.
- Please note that in the following situations, we would not refund your payment:
i. If you have taken suggestion/ consultation from us before placing an Order.
ii. Return request is made outside the specified time frame;
iii. Return request has not valid reasons;
iv. The return request has not been filled up properly;
vi. You have mala fide intentions or want to defraud us.
However we assure you that if you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with the concerned bank for the same. In case the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be more than happy to help you.
