  1. A company induced your client in the name of some lucky draw, under which your Client was entitled to one-month accommodation during any season at any of resorts owned by the Company in India.
  2. When your Client visited company’s office, your Client was promised that he is entitled to one-week free accommodation under the lucky draw provided your Client take membership of one particular resort.
  3. Believing above, Your client subscribed to membership scheme for a period of 33 years on [•] by paying Rs. [•]/- vide Member I.D No. [•] and entered into Membership Purchase Agreement.
  4. Your Client applied for accommodation at your resorts situated in [•] in [•]. However after repeated follow-ups your Client was informed that it was not possible as of now to provide accommodation at Ranikhet.
  5. Your Client has been further informed that accommodation could be provided at [•]. Later on, Company also expressed its inability to allot accommodation at [•] as well and told to your Client that your Client would have to apply again after some time and your Client can get accommodation booked for the month of [•] which is basically an off-season.
